ALIENS ON EARTH CLUB will be officially relaunching on FRIDAY July 22nd.

They say hindsight is 20/20 and we learned a great deal from our first foray into the NFT space. We learned that yes we have a great project with unrivaled perks. We have exclusive partnerships with world-class companies like Privé 23. We have a defined mission to bridge real world assets and benefits with NFTs. Our primary goal was, and is, to grow the assets and net worth of each of our NFT holders. What we didn’t have was a solid, engaged community to drive FOMO. Looking back we see the missteps and fortunately we are early enough in the process to change course, sell out the collection, and build a community to rival even the largest NFT projects.   • Simply put, we made some mistakes with the first drop, namely number of available AOEC NFTs, lack of engaged community, and minimal staff with NFT marketing and community building experience. Since our mission is “Wealth through NFTs” we decided to reboot and do it the right way.

  • Simple: Additional Benefits & Perks, Larger Community, More Aliens, Increased Marketing, New Pricing Tiers.

  • That depends. Some purchased AOEC Aliens that depict living persons or recently deceased persons will need to be returned and exchanged. However, the AOEC Aliens will be on display in the AOEC Hall of Fame with owner credits. This is mainly due to recent DMCA legal precedents in the NFT space.

  • AOEC NFTs purchased will have one of two options:

    1. Exchange their NFT for a new character, plus receive a free new AOEC 3D AOEC Alien drop, and $250 in Niros X tokens.

    2. Receive a full refund.

  • DMCA allows an individual control over their “likeness” even when not mentioned. We are seeing an increased number of projects effected by this and collections being removed from Opensea.

  • They will drop on July 22nd for .04 ETH. Drop details and associated benefits will be announced shortly.

  • AOEC Aliens using the likeness of living individual (such as Jay-Z), recently deceased individuals (such as Nelson Mandela may be subject to DMCA violations. Others such as Albert Einstein, Tesla, Charles Darwin, and historical figures are not.

  • Yes, we did; however, the NFT legal landscape is constantly shifting and although we are confident we could successfully defend ourselves legally it could still have an adverse effect on the project.

  • The AOEC Hall of Fame is filled with humans that their talents and accomplishments call into question their claims to be human.
